Do not fall into the traps of other cheap colocation services – there is a reason they make free months and less than sustainable prices. Most will charge you for every little task, will require you to buy your own PDUs ($ 600 and up), and more. We provide colocation services that are easy to understand.

Equipment available for purchase, financing and LTO, from atoms to E3 through E5 and beyond. Ask what we have in stock to start or contact us to create exactly what you need.

Some thoughts of satisfied customers:

My server was rack and ready to run within an hour of delivery, which was pretty impressive from my experiences.

I have not experienced any downtime in the last 9 months and the response times of their tickets are usually pretty fast, but I've used their chat system when I'm looking forward to looking for an immediate response. The peering was fantastic, the connections between the customers being very fast and the weak pings in the United States. I had some hard drive issues and their free technical support was working on my server within 20 minutes of submitting my tickets. Working with Charles has been fantastic and has always been very friendly. Based on my experiences so far with Nexeon's support, network and pricing, I can not recommend them too much.

Happy customer ^

Currently using Nexeon for our roommate. Have 1/4 of a rack with them for almost a year and are now switched to a full rack. Our plans for the future are to expand strongly with them. Overall, our experience with Nexeon has been amazing, their owner is very helpful, as is their staff. With the colocation we had, I do not remember having a breakdown and our client who operates a large network of games is very happy with the availability time. They were very helpful with parts replacement and remote hands, would recommend them 100%.

I use several companies for the central coast and the west coast, while my east coast is entirely covered by Charles. This is a man who works hard, I would recommend him. Good luck with your experience.

+1 for me too .. I'm hosting 6 servers with them in the last 2 months. He is very good and helpful guys around. I know the support of the paid offer via Skype. But he still manages to support via skype and answer all my questions. Now, I plan to expand my position in Chicago with him ..

I thought I'd leave comments here because we're already live on @chicago using Nexeon.

Charles is indeed the kind of professional with whom I love to work. He is very helpful and always available, and until now I am very happy for his support.

As far as the service is concerned, so far, the network is working perfectly, so there is no time out, even though we have only been online for a few weeks.

There were two configuration issues, but for me they were not significant. Nevertheless, I think I should mention them.
1- We had scheduled a transfer on a Saturday, but the day before, Charles told me that the last roommate was not available yet. He has provided a temporary space to put the servers in the rack, and we still have to plan the move to the last resting place but we have not moved yet.
2 – I also bought a R1Soft backup service and it took about a week or two to get the details of the use of the service and its operation.

On the other hand, there are also extra points that Charles has earned:
1 – Our servers were in another data center and were not sure of the shipping details and shipping time. Charles sent a courier to Nexeon to retrieve the servers at their original location and take them to the Chicago location. We paid for it, but they could have just said no.

Overall, so far, I am very satisfied with the result.

Price 10/10 – You Can not Go Wrong With a Dedi as Cheap as $ 70
Website – 9/10 – Beautiful integration of WHMCS, but seemed a bit mislabeled, nothing major
Features 10/10 – Same upgrade to Windows 2008 Server with virtually no downtime

Will I buy them again? Absolutely!

I am generally quite critical of my hosting providers, as if I were promised something that I was demanding and Server Deals / Nexeon has virtually met all our requests. We operate a VPS company and Chicago (Nexeon) is our most popular node. I think this is partly due to their excellent network, low latency and excellent support.

I can not tell you how many times have I sent emails at 3am (our customers tend not to drop tickets between 9am and 5am and so we do not do it either) Charles * * always *, usually within 5 minutes, ALWAYS in 30. I'm worried about Charles because I think he'll never sleep Vampire? We will see.

Price
It's there that they really shine as they really offer some of the best deals regarding dedicated servers. We have some very popular sites and we really like to have 100 Mbps without a counter at a very good price without losing performance.

Network
As mentioned above, we are very satisfied with the performance of the network. During our peak hours, we broadcast a lot of videos in Europe and all over the United States and we have no complaints yet.

Support
The support is great. Very recently, the server crashed. So I entered and submitted a ticket at 16:21 to get an answer that the server was restarting at 4:25 pm. Literally that fast and was very grateful that we did not have much time to stop. The server broke down due to an increase in traffic and Apache did nothing right. But everything about hardware has been very reliable.

If you are looking for a good deal on dedicated servers, check them out, they will take care of you.

Hi guys,

I am also a long time customer of Charles / ServerDeals (since September 2011). I was not asked to write this review, but I thought I would add to this thread. I have several dedicated boxes with ServerDeals and my service has been excellent. Availability is 99.9% – Prices are excellent – Support tickets are processed very quickly. What more can you ask for?

A + for ServerDeals – definitely one of the good business hosting companies!

My server was working well without a hitch and I have never experienced any downtime. None of which I can remember. For this, I will evaluate 10 out of 10.

Take note that their servers were semi-managed but despite that, it was like a managed service.

Once I installed ugly OpenVz and my server fell into kernel panic. Dominic responded in less than 5 minutes and my server was up and running again. For me, it was a big advantage, because it is rare to find a host who really spends his time solving a problem caused by a client, especially on a semi-managed server. Even on some software, Dominic was also very accommodating. It was like I could bother him 24 hours a day for any problems I might encounter. I know if they were other hosts, they will just sell me. This has never happened here. For this, I will note their support at 10/10.

In terms of performance, my server with them was really responsive. Technically, I do not know how to justify that, but on my apps, it never failed. so, i believe that they deserve a 10 out of 10 for that too!

I must admit that the pricing offers other hosts offering better prices but, in my experience, even the managed servers did not provide sufficient support. The support I received from a few managed server hosts does not even represent half of that of Serverdeals. For a noob like me, their price is worth it. I will give them no less than 9 out of 10 for that.

I've bought my fourth server home now in their new location and I'm very excited for that.
