I'm trying to create a system to track calls on my SharePoint 16 environment. I have a list with a list of users (there are two columns – one with the name in plain text and another with their domain account) and their phone ID.
The other list is a form that users will use to log each call. I've used Nintex Forms to automatically extract the user name and date / time, but would like to have a column in the list with the phone ID. It appears that the Lookup column type does not retrieve the user names to perform the search.
I have access to Nintext workflows, Nintext forms and SharePoint designer.
