3dsmax – How to export 3ds Max wsm to Unity?

I made a cylinder in 3DS MAX. I then added a WSM wave. I then did the animation for it to shake a little. Then exported to the unit.

The animation works perfectly in 3ds max. When I import it into the unit, the animation does nothing. The cylinder looks good.

Things I have tried.
Game export, cooking animations, embedded files.
Collapse everything and collapse alone and nothing has happened.
S collapse only to deform the cylinder, but the animation still does nothing.

An idea how to do that?
