5th dnd – Does this homebrew spell that briefly control the enemy and paralyze it during a balanced round?

No way is a 2nd level balanced spell.

It's very powerful for the second level. For comparison, I refer you to Hold the person, a 2nd level wizard spell.

Hold the person

2nd level enchantment

Casting time: 1 action

Range: 60 feet

Components: V, S, M (a small piece of straight iron)

Duration: concentration, up to 1 minute

Choose a humanoid that you can see at your fingertips. The target must pass Wisdom's saving throw or be paralyzed for the duration. At the end of each of his turns, the target may make another saving save of Wisdom. If successful, the spell ends on the target.

At the higher levels. When you cast this spell using a 3rd level location or higher, you can target an additional humanoid for each level of location higher than the 2nd. Humanoids must be within 10 meters of each other when you target them.

Essentially, what you've done here is to combine two casts of Order (a divine spell, I remind you) and a casting of Hold the person, with almost insignificant debuffs.

Although less time is a debuff, it is a very small, as in Hold the person, the creature can succeed in saving Wisdom.

In addition, no text prevents you from attacking the creature itself, which is a huge loophole for some hungry players.

I would advise to put something about not letting the creature hurt itself or his allies (too strong for this spell level), and you must include something that only concerns humanoids, as in Hold the person. Also, move this spell one or two spell levels up, as you cast 3 spells at a time.
