I have a Drupal site running on localhost (windows) that I try to update from 8.6.7 to 8.6.15.
When using Drush to update (
drupal drupal -y), I encounter the following error:
Can not Copy C: Users USERNA ~ 2 AppData Local Temp / drush_tmp_1556533742_5cc6d1ee1cacf / drupal-8.6.15 to W: htdocs site-name www / drupal-8.6.15. Can not move C: Users USERNA ~ 2 AppData Local Temp / drush_tmp_1556533742_5cc6d1ee1cacf / drupal-8.6.15 to W: htdocs site-name www / drupal-8.6.15. The update of the drupal project failed. Attempt to return to the previously installed version. The backups have been successfully restored.
I have tried:
- clear the Drush cache (
drush cc drush)
- updated Drush (via the composer) (now running Drush 8.2.3)
- clean up Drupal caches
But the problem remains.
This problem does NOT occur when updating modules. Only Drupal himself.
I've checked the
C: Users USERNA ~ 2 AppData Local Temp while Drush was working, and I was able to confirm that the
drush_tmp_1556533742_5cc6d1ee1cacf The subfolder was actually present for a while (containing the .tar.gz file and its saved Drupal folder). So, there is no problem writing in this folder.
Do you have an idea of what causes this and how to solve it?
Thank you in advance.
