apache 2.4 – SSL Encrypts on Google Cloud

I can not find a workbook to install Let's Encrypt certificates on a single Google Cloud virtual machine.

I understand quite clearly that just setting up the Apache web server is not enough.

The information here, https://cloud.google.com/load-balancing/docs/ssl-certificates, seems to assume that I'm balancing the load – um, I'm on a tight budget here so c & Is only that one virtual machine. No load balancing.

I found some gcloud commands somewhere that I translate into:

  • gcloud compute ssl certificates create partsunknownorg
    –certificate = /etc/etsencrypt/ live / parts-unknown.org / fullchain.pem –private-key = / etc / letsencrypt / live / parts-unknown.org / privkey.pem
  • gcloud calculate target-https-proxies update partsunknownorg
    –certificate = /etc/etsencrypt/ live / parts-unknown.org / fullchain.pem –private-key = / etc / letsencrypt / live / parts-unknown.org / privkey.pem

I've used the first one to try to install the certificates; I guess I should use the second one to update them. Is it correct?

In any case, it does not seem to have worked. And I am confused.
