boot – Ubuntu Server 16.04 reboots to load without error

I installed fresh Ubuntu Server 16.04 with the configuration of the raid 5 with all the problems encountered during the installation. However, the machine remains stuck in a restart loop when loading the operating system. I can access the basic menu, but none of the options will start correctly (even in recovery mode). Each selection immediately restarts the machine without any output. Is a memory test on memory and hard drives are new so I do not know if it is a hardware problem.

What should I try next? Is there a way to get verbose output when the operating system tries to load and can I prevent the restart from occurring in order to find out what's going on? Is there a way to access operating system load logs from the active drive?
