Using the Hex editor, what do we look for if we explore a file to look for potential images? Header types, I'm not very interested in programming, but I'm here to learn and once I do, I can continue to grow. I have a specific file which I believe contains images with tim2 file type (picture ps2) packed inside. The type of file I am processing is .as7. Any help is appreciated thanks.

There is no doubt that its contents conceals 12 .tm2 images (after looking for the .tm2 TIM2 header:

Entering the bytes of the first .tm2 start at the end gives an illegal bit depth error in these tools above; but this particular file is indeed read by the game in question, so it is definitely there.
