coding style – Best practices for defining multiple variables w/JavaScript

In JavaScript, I often define my initialization variables like so:

const
    em = require('../../error_messages.json'),
    db_queries = require('../db_queries'),
    db = new db_queries();

or

const
    xhr = new XMLHttpRequest(),
    selection = selectedText,
    webhookURL = settings('webhookURL'),
    removeFromPageTitle = settings('removeFromPageTitle'),
    pageTitle = document.title ? (document.title).replace(removeFromPageTitle, '') : "Untitled",
    body = {
        linkTitle: `Link: ${pageTitle}`,
        ...
    };

Is this generally considered bad form and should I have a declaration for each variable?
