composition – What are the principles to consider when composing an information picture on a computer screen – like this question?

I've recently put this picture on social media (we migrate the accounts of charities and none of this information is privileged)

However, I immediately realized that it was a mediocre composition: there is nowhere that catches the eye, no obvious "subject" of the photo and very few reasons to look at it.

So the question is how to compose a convincing photo containing information on a screen. Ideally, the answer has two parts: one for which the words are not as important as the general theme (like the one above) and the other for which only one piece of information ("we regret to inform you ") is the key message.
