Confirmation Inquiry – Insist on the question or answer?

I am preparing an online survey and I am designing the confirmation screen that appears just before the respondent sends their answers.

Formatting options are limited, but I think a different wording of the question will make reading easier.

For an FAQ, I would put the question in bold and the answer in normal weight, because the user searches for the question that corresponds to his own question. Since the use of the confirmation is to ensure that the user's answers are correct, I wonder if there is a search or notice indicating whether it is better to put in bold the answer and not the question.

Example:

How would you rate "x" on 10?
8

Why did you give this note?
Because I really like "x" and think it's worthy of this score.

OR

How would you rate "x" on 10?
8

Why did you give this note?
Because I really like "x" and think it's worthy of this score.

Or is there another way of doing that is even better?
