Control Specifications: Additions Delll Poweredge R240 +

After a long wait for Coffee Lake Xeons, I am now ready to upgrade.

Can any one check that this base unit dell + additions is appropriate:

First here is the requirement:

Platform E-2176G
32 GB of RAM
<512 GB NVME for startup and data
512 GB SSD for logs and backups
Centos 7/8, Apache, PHP, Maria 10.x, most of the data is stored in USB keys. The activity of the database is 85% in reading and 15% in writing

Based – directly from the Dell (UK Spec) Poweredge R240 server
TPM – 1.2
Processor – Intel Xeon E-2176G
Processor thermal configuration – Heat sink for 80W or less
Memory capacity – UDIMM memory 2666NT / S DDR4 ECC 8 GB
RAID – C1, no raid
RAID / Internal Storage Controllers – PERC H330
HDDs – (2) Hard disk wired 3.5 inches SATA 6Gbps 512n, 1 TB, 7200 rpm
Power source – Single, wired power supply, 250W
PCIe Riser – PCIe Rise with fan with 1 LP, x8 PCIe + 1 FH / HL, x 16 PCIe
Additional network cards – LOM Broadcom 5720 dual port 1 GB, LOM

I will give up RAM and 2x disks (the Dell site will not let me select 0 or even 1 drive) and upgrade with Crucial RAM, Intel NVME and Samsung SSD:

RAM – 2 UDIMM ECC DDR4-2666 Crucial 16 GB
CT16G4WFD8266 – DDR4 PC4-21300 • CL = 19 • CLASSIFIED IN DOUBLE • BASIC X8 • NOT RECTIFIED • ECC • DDR4-2666 • 1.2V • 2048MEG X 72 •

nvme – Intel Optane 900P 280 GB AIC to add to the PCIe card
SSD – SSD / Solid State Drive SATA 2.5 "Samsung 860 PRO 512 GB

Does this look OK?

Is the Optane reader compatible and can I use a 2.5 "form factor?

Is the PSU adequate?
