Crocweb lost my backup and restores an incorrect backup

The backup file you provided in the ticket you submitted a few moments before posting here and tells us to restore what we did was for "" and not for "".

It looks like you provided us with the wrong backup file. I would recommend that you continue to work with us via the support ticket you have opened for a resolution. We have our own daily backups from which you can restore your data if necessary.

I would also recommend removing the backup URL from your post because now everyone who downloads it has access to your data. Also change your passwords.
