django – Get the id and the name via a form, both keys forenig

Basically, the user enters the company profile and makes a comment and rating of the rating.
I need this form to receive the ID of the company and get the user ID or the user name
I have a system that uses extended USER for User and Business.
And I created a comment table, which imports the user ID of the business table and the name of the user table.
Plus I can not go through seeing the id of the company nor the name of the user who comments.
Remember that only registered users will be able to comment
