filters – add onchange in select field form

I have the next case I need to add onchange to select
i am using resume job manager plugin,
in the main function I create the field

'sino' => array(
                'label'       => __( '', 'wp-job-manager-resumes' ),
                'type'        => 'select',
                    'options' => array(
                        'option-1' => 'SI',
                        'option-2' => 'NO'
                    ),
                //'default'    => 'Discapacidad 1',
                'required'    => false,
                'placeholder' => '',
                'priority'    => 16
            ),

this is the generated html

<select name="sino" id="sino">
        <option value="option-1">SI</option>
        <option value="option-2">NO</option>
</select>

I need to add onchange=”choice1(this)

I don’t know what is the best way to add onchange = “choice1(this)”, my final html should look like this:

<select name="sino" id="sino" onchange = "choice1(this)">
    <option value="option-1">SI</option>
    <option value="option-2">NO</option>

the goal is to add the function name automatically
