Am I able to have my familiar deliver a touch spell if the familiar is not next to the target when I cast the spell? In other words would I be able to say ready the spell to be cast through the familiar once it comes within range on the familiars turn? My DM disagrees with me, saying the the familiar must already be next to the target.
