Functions – Remove the action hook of the class, understanding of object-oriented programming

I'm trying to delete an action that is in a class, from the parent theme. I've made an example of the code I have, below. I'm trying to delete the action in the child theme functions.php. I have tried several solutions, including defining the class in a variable such as: $ my_class = new My_Widget (); (This has to be done for static functions?), But I do not find a good solution. Who can help me understand this better?

parent theme file

the class My_Widget extends WP_Widget {
public function __construct ($ args = array ()) {
add_action (& # 39; wp_ajax_contact_owner & # 39 ;, array (__CLASS__, & # 39; touch_process & # 39;));
add_action (& # 39; wp_ajax_nopriv_contact_owner & # 39 ;, array (__CLASS__, & # 39; contact_process & # 39;));

}

public static function contact_process () {
global $ cc_options;
echo & # 39; test & # 39 ;;
}

}

kids theme functions.php

cc_remove_action () {function
remove_action (& # 39; wp_ajax_contact_owner & # 39 ;, array (& # 39; My_Widget & # 39 ;, process_contact & quot;), 11);
remove_action (& # 39; wp_ajax_nopriv_contact_owner & # 39 ;, array (& # 39; My_Widget & # 39 ;, & # 39; process; contact & # 39;), 11);
}
add_action (& # 39; wp_head & # 39; cc_remove_action & # 39;);
