gm techniques – What is the origin of the phrase "andc and pie"?

This seems to have been done as an example of adventure that is as short as possible while still an adventure hook, but it is no longer available on their website. (Here is an entry for this on rpggeek.com, which places its publication in 2002 and shows an image dating back to 2001.)

The synopsis is basically:

There is an orc, he has a pie, the adventurers are hungry.

He has everything an adventure needs: an opponent, a MacGuffin that players need and a reason to have it.

In a way, this has attracted attention and more and more people have started using "Orc & Pie" as an expression to mean "extremely simplistic adventure".
