There are companies that are investing in real estate for this purpose … but it's their very business. Banks are all about to make loans … it's their business … I do not really understand the confusion here.
All banks were created by people. These people decided what their businesses would do … they preferred the banking services that real estate … so that's what they do.
Why is Apple continuing to invest in new technologies while it could use all its money to just buy houses and rent them? That's because it's not their business … does it take off?
