How to get a table or list from a database (in which python is read under a str format type)?

I have a data frame that, where python reads the columns of each line with a str type. But it's actually a list or a chart. How do I want to get my str format table?

I've already tried separating the functions, but it gives a weird output.

I can not post pictures because of a bad reputation

Let's say this is my data frame (NON-REAL DATA)

enter the description of the image here

df = pd.DataFrame ({& # 39; Weight & # 39;[str([45, 88, 56]), str ([15, 71, 62])],
& # 39; & # 39 ;: First[str(['Sam', 'Andrea', 'Alex']), str (['Robin', 'Kia', 'Lina'])],
& # 39; & # 39 ;: Age[str([14, 25, 55]), str ([8, 21, 30])]})

If we check the format of the first line and the first columns is a str format

type (df['Weight'][0])
>> str

If we use the split function, I get,

pd.DataFrame (np.column_stack ((df['Weight'][0].split (), df['Age'][0].Split())))

My expected result is to be able to win the table.
