I would like to know in what context do we build stories "Jobs-To-Be-Done". We will create a portal / system that allows teachers to report certain incidents (currently they do not use any).
For example, I use the method "When …, I want …, so I can …".
The more stories I create, the more confused I become. Do I write stories in the point of view when they interact with the portal / system, or do I write stories in the viewpoint on a daily basis?
Stories interacting with the portal: When I connect to the system, I want to be able to see …, so I can …
Day-to-day stories: When I want to monitor a situation, I want to be able … so that I can …
or are both the same things?
