htaccess – Apache rewritten on www. unless it's a domain dev

Here is my current rewrite code in my htaccess file:

RewriteCond% {HTTPS} disabled [OR]
RewriteCond% {HTTP_HOST}! ^ Www . [NC]
RewriteCond% {HTTP_HOST} ^ (?: Www .)? (. +) $ [NC]
RewriteRule ^ https: //www.%1% {REQUEST_URI} [L,NE,R=301]

I would like to add a line that stops the www. forward if HTTP_HOST is the dev domain of the site.

Example of false development: food.randy.dev

Example of fictional production: food.com

Currently, the domain would be redirected to www.food.randy.dev

food.com must forward to www.food.com

but food.randy.dev should not forward to www.food.randy.dev

What would be a good way to handle this? I have tried several different scenarios. I think adding the http to https could also complicate things because of the [OR]
