javascript – Returns the null value of a constructor in a reaction class

I saw this in a code base:

The class MonComposer extends React.Component {

constructor (accessories) {

if (! props.value) returns null

this.state = {

value: props.value

}

}
....

}

It is a reaction component.

I wonder what could happen if you come back early in the constructor?

Would the component be instantiated? Can this cause problems?
