It is difficult to choose a semi-commercial license for a public repository.
I am developing an application that I would like to share with code in a public Github repository, so that users can create and contribute to the code base.
The goal is to allow everyone to download the application for free for personal use, but paying for commercial use.
The license must prohibit the creation of completely free forks from the application or create any closed source forks for commercial use.
Is there something that meets such requirements?
