macos – Installing Lion via Internet Recovery on a MacBook Pro 8.11 (early 2011)

It's been frustrating for almost two days now, but how can I reinstall Lion? I've created an Apple ID and followed many unnecessary proprietary procedures that Apple wants me to do, but I can not reinstall Lion. When I try to do so, the "Article temporarily unavailable" message appears. I discovered that it was perhaps because it's out of the App Store. I literally have no operating system running since I've erased my hard drive with confidence. I would finally be able to install it, but without success. Is it possible to install Mac with other methods? I do not really have a USB stick, but my Android phone can be used as a bootable flash drive for ISO files (I've tried Arch Linux, but I can not do much because it is started live). Help would be appreciated, thanks!
