First, apologize if it's a silly question. I've never really had to manage servers and databases, on a "big scale".
ALWAYS, on the question. I'm trying to find out if our current server can handle 12,000 database requests per minute. (again, I do not know if that's a lot, I guess it's at mid-range). I estimate that 2/3 of the 12,000 requests will be simple
TO SELECT requests for super small tables. No more than 20,000 rows in a table – I have been keen to prune them regularly. LAMP battery.
You will find below the hardware and software specifications of the server:
Intel Haswell 2095.050 MHz Processors
Memory – 7.45gb usable
Storage – 80 GB SSD
OS – Ubuntu, CentOS 7
PHP – 7.2.7
The database is stored on the same server where the files are served.
If this server is capable, how long does it take to push the server?
Thanks in advance (and sorry if that seems like a silly question)
