Network – Low Bluetooth Signal Strength in Ubuntu 18.04

I installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on my HP 15 laptop. Initially, there was no wifi driver, so I installed rtlwifi_new after reading Internet discussions (working wonderfully) but there is a constant problem with my bluetooth.

At first I connected my bluetooth headphones, which worked weirdly. There was a quality of his pathetic, nothing to do with the superior quality obtained when connecting to my cell phone. I checked and installed Blueman and changed the audio profile to A2DP from HSP / HFP. This made the sound quality much better, but the problem was not solved completely.

Now, the sound was broken when I moved away a bit, and I also talk about 2-3 centimeters. This problem also existed earlier, with the HSP profile. And the maximum distance where the sound was the same as that of my mobile phone was perhaps 15 cm. I thought it was a problem with my headphones, so I recharged them completely and repeated again, but still the same problem. I have now connected my mobile to the laptop via Bluetooth and it turns out that my mobile is disconnected if the distance increases by more than 20-30 cm. Where bluetooth should be good with at least 5 to 8 meters.

I have checked the Bluetooth service and found that the signal strength is extremely low, even when the Bluetooth device is placed on the keyboard of the laptop. As you can see in the screen shot below. (Image in the link)

Extremely low signal strength of Bluetooth

I have searched the internet a lot and found no answer that could solve my problem. Maybe I'm not very good at research.

But I would be really happy if someone could help me solve this problem so that I could start my lessons online comfortably using my headset via Bluetooth on a laptop.

Thanks a ton in advance.
