office 365 – How can I grant access to the calendar of a user to myself or to another user?

I must be able to send invitations to the calendar "in the name of" my CEO. I am the overall administrator of Office 365. I have been researching this for hours and I can not find a way to do it other than to have him "share" his schedule with me.

Is it possible for me to delegate calendars from the admin center?
