Option file required, when creating MySQL 5.7 InnoDB Cluster

I am trying to configure a production deployment of the InnoDB cluster in an Azure environment.
Get problem on the option file required.

MySQL 127.0.0.1:3306 ssl JS> dba.configureLocalInstance ();
Configuring to listen to a local MySQL instance on port 3306 for use in an InnoDB cluster …

This instance reports its own address as mdsp-core-mysql-vm1
Clients and other cluster members will communicate with it through this default address. If this is not correct, the MySQL report_host system variable must be modified.

WARNING: The user 'root' can only connect from localhost.
If you need to manage this instance while you are logged in from other hosts, you must create one or more accounts with the appropriate source address specification.

1) Create a remote usable account for & # 39; root & # 39; with the same subsidies and the same password
2) Create a new administrator account for the InnoDB cluster with a minimum of required grants
3) Ignore and continue
4) cancel

Please select one option [1]: 3

Some configuration options must be corrected:
+ ———————————- + ————– – + —————- + ——————————- ——————- +

| binlog_checksum | CRC32 | NO | Update server variable |
| enforce_gtid_consistency | OFF | ON | Update the configuration file and restart the server |
| gtid_mode | OFF | ON | Update the configuration file and restart the server |

| transaction_write_set_extraction | OFF | XXHASH64 | Update the configuration file and restart the server |

Some variables need to be changed, but can not be dynamically done on the server: an options file is required.

The MySQL server must be restarted for the configuration changes to take effect.

MySQL 127.0.0.1:3306 ssl JS> q

After the restart, no changes in /etc/my.cnf have been modified.

Can any one please please let me know how to overcome this problem
