pathfinder – Can Miracle Overcome Dimensional Locking / Antimagic Field?

The Miracle spell has a specific example of a request that reads as follows:

You and your allies, with all your equipment and accessories, have transferred you from a plane to a specific location using planar barriers without risk of error.

The question then becomes, since planar obstacles are not an explicitly defined term, can dimensional lock / antimagic field be considered obstacles that are ignored by your miracle? As far as the antimagic field is concerned, Miracle is not really a spell:

You are not doing so much miracle as asking for one. You state what you would like it to happen and ask your deity (or power you pray for spells) to intercede.

Can we use Miracle to escape these dangerous areas?
