Permissions – Enable comments only in Word Doc on Sharepoint

I have a document that I have generated and downloaded on Sharepoint.
I shared this document with all concerned parties.

Only I will be allowed to make changes to the file, so the file is not shared for editing purposes.
I hope, however, that the other parties can comment on the file.

How can I activate the comment of the file without modifying it for other parts?

I've seen some posts asking for this in 2014, and nothing since. Has it still not been activated?
It seems ridiculous to have a comment box in the form, inextricably linked to the possibility of editing.
This means that whoever you trust speaks of the file must be able to change it without error.
