python 3.x – iterates in a list of numbers and breaks when one of the numbers is not consecutive

    m = 0
as long as m <len (pos_1):
if pos_1[m] == 1 + pos_1[m - 1] or pos_1[m] == pos_1[m + 1] - 1:
print (pos_1[m])

if pos_1[4] - 1! = Pos_1[3]:
Pause
print (pos_1[3])

This is what my code looks like, PS: it is part of a larger code, so there is no defc and call function.
If I have a list like [1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10]… I want python to go through the list, checking the consecutive number and breaking when it reaches one that is not consecutive but continues afterwards.
So, the result should be:
1, 2, 3, 4
9, 10
