Python – Trying to make a card game

I'm using Python 3.6 and I'm trying to make a card game. I try to make sure that the winner of the game is displayed and that the two cards played are placed in a new "list of winners", but I am quite new in programming and I do not arrive to make the car comparison section work. The game must compare the cards of player 1 and player 2 and the winner must receive both cards. Initially, the colors are compared d and if they are identical, the value is compared. The color settings are listed in the code. Any improvements that I can make to improve my program and help to make it work would be greatly appreciated. More specifically, they are part of the program called: # rule definition and map comparison. he just print endless player 2 wins.
