I wonder what would be the safe way to root my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2017 (SM-T380)?
I understand that there is CF-AutoRoot and others, but I have no I am extremely scared that if I try to root my tablet with CF-AutoRoot and that my device becomes bricked.
Details on the tablet below.
• Android version7.1.1
• Security patch level: January 1st, 2018
• Construction number: NMF26X.T380DXU1ARB3
• "OEM unlocking" option available ✔
I also have another question. The tablet has a pending update to Android Oreo. If I updated the tablet and the tablet was rooted at the time of the update, would that affect my root?
