rotation – Handedness of 2D coordinate systems

I know that there is still a big debate about the manual character of 3D coordinate systems, but I can not find any information on the manual character of 2D coordinate systems.

Generally, the X axis is directed to the right, but the Y axis can be directed up (in the case of many game engines) or down (in the case of the coordinates of the screen and in Godot). What are the standards for these?
