route – VPN, ICS and routing

My configuration looks like this: I have a Win10 computer connected to the internet and to a VPN. I share the VPN network interface via ICS with the second network card that connects to my router and the rest of my network. Now, I want to route an IP address in order to access it from the rest of my network, not via the VPN, but directly via the non-VPN connection.
I've added a route on the PC running the VPN that allows me to connect directly to this IP address, and not via the VPN:

Active routes:
Network destination mask mask gateway interface
...
85.13.130.237 255.255.255.255 192.168.178.1 192.168.178.26 26

it works on this PC. (This interface is the one directly connected to the Internet)
Now I have added a route for the network interface with which the VPN connection is shared (via ICS):

Active routes:
Network destination mask mask gateway interface
...
85.13.130.237 255.255.255.255 192.168.178.1 192.168.137.1 26

but when I run tracert, it will still be routed through the VPN.
I've tried to do some research on Windows routing but I have not found good resources, if someone could provide links, etc., I'm ready to learn!
