Slow start to Ubuntu 18.10

I am facing a slow start in Ubuntu-18.10. I've tried a few tricks while searching but nothing has happened.

sudo systemd-time analysis

gives the following output

and that's my etc / fstab file

# / etc / fstab: information about the static file system.
#
# Use & # 39; blkid & # 39; to print the universal unique identifier for a
# device; this can be used with UUID = as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and deleted. See fstab (5).
