Stuck on startup but can connect via another TTY (Ubuntu 16.04)

I do not know if I've accidentally deleted something important, but the Ubuntu GUI does not load; it's stuck on the "loading points".

But by pressing Ctrl + Alt + 7 it is clearly indicated in the upper left corner of the screen:
/ dev / sd9: own file, 1626844/19038208, 25873989/76143104. But that's all it says.

I've also run fsck -f / dev / sda9 (The correct partition, unmounted and in recovery mode) and did not receive any error code from this operation.

I can connect to another ATS and access the file system, but I have to solve this problem.
