suspend – Cronjob every 1445 minutes

First of all, sorry my bad english.
I am new to Crontab and I did some schedules. I collected data on the Internet with Python and this website tells me that when you collect data, you have to wait exactly 24 hours to get the next part of the data. seconds to run Selenium and scratch the data. The next day you will have to run with a few seconds off to make sure that 24 hours from the time I've scrapped and not 24 hours from the time the job started. So, is there a way to run the job every day with a 5 minute delay from the day before or I need to create something in the python script that will sleep longer every day.

Sorry for the long post
