oracle – How to connect to specific session id & serial# ? Blocked sessions

I have blocked sessions and see which session is blocking them, having session_id and serial#. Is it possible to connect to such session? How?

Background: using V$SESSION_BLOCKERS I see sessions are blocked by each other by INSERT statements to one of two tables: _REQUEST and _RESPONSE

How is it possible that INSERTs, to different tables, are blocking the sessions? I was looking into V$ACTIVE_SESSION_HISTORY but don’t find anything yet (I’m not a DBA yet)

File upload blocked – error code 0x800700de “The file type being saved or retrieved has been blocked.”

A user has encountered a curious issue when trying to upload a 3MB Excel file. There are already other files greater than 3MB is size, so that’s not the issue.

The error code is as you see in the picture below, “Error 0x800700DE: The file type being saved or retrieved has been blocked”. I found this error code on the SCCM Error Code Bible on page 39.

  • I’d be surprised if we’d put in place some kind of file blocking setting.
  • This is an Excel file in .xlsx format, it is not a macro.
  • Other Excel files have been uploaded already.
  • Perhaps there is something else within the file that Sharepoint wants to block? There is one link to another file on a file server contained in the file (I see this in Data/Connections/Edit Links in the Excel ribbon menu).

network – MacOS port become blocked

I was searching for this specific question for a long time now, nothing helped.
I have tried setting up Packet Filter as well.

I am running the latest macOS version on my development Mac. I am hosting some services via supervisord. It has a user interface on port 9001 running to be able to reset/start/stop services.

For all time long it worked well and I was able to access that UI on the local network.
But recently I ran a nmap from my Windows PC targeting my development Mac. After this, on nmap my opened ports were displayed as tcpwraped, (i am not running any firewall on my dev mac). I am not able to access my dev machine from the windows pc anymore. It says Unable to connect, though those ports are visible from the nmap.

All ports are accessible from my other MacBook, but on my PC all ports are NOT accessible.
Is there any way to fix this? I am running crazy trying to solve this for a week now.

CSF blocked all countries except one


Hi,

In CSF I want to block all contries to access to server and only enable 1 country.

I checked some guides and they told this:

1- nano /etc/csf/csf.conf

2- CC_ALLOW = “”

3- CC_DENY = “”

But how can i put in “CC_DENY” for disable access from all countries and only accept one?.

I need write all contry codes?: AF, AL, DZ, etc.

I would like to ask, whether a blocked contact will receive an information,if I change my Viber phone number?
Is it possible to make the change by only informing a selected group of contacts or everyone I had previous communication with, will get the notification of me changing the number?

firewalls – (Public) IP address [x.x.x.x] of Synology has been blocked by SSH

For the past few months I regularly see alerts on my Synology about SSH connection being blocked. Somebody (here a nice Chinese guy from 222.186.15.158) was attempting to connect to my NAS with the root account (Fortunately PermitRootLogin is disabled).

What I am a bit worried because if I see a public address here, it means my NAS is somehow reachable from the internet. However all ports are closed on my front router, NAT is disabled, DMZ is disabled.

When I try to nmap my router from the outside I get this :

ipados – iPad's wifi option is grayed out after Bluetooth has blocked it in a restart loop

My iPad has been updated and the Bluetooth function has stopped working. I figured this out with a crash log with 3utools. At startup, it crashed and restarted, only to do the same. Once, I was able to access the settings quickly enough to turn off bluetooth and, even if it rebooted, it was stable at startup, except that the WiFI option was completely grayed out, and bluetooth, when activated via settings, was simply a spinning gear. Sometimes, after being restarted, it sometimes connects to WiFi, but this is usually only for a few moments at a time, which makes me a little hesitant to say that it is only of material.
