Looking for internet-connected desktop app developers to create Chinese language Internet browser

Hi all,

This is for a future project,
SEMrush

I’m also looking for people who know how to build their own internet browser (basically internet-connected desktop apps, that can be installed, with address bar) but not using the existing www, .com, .net system but our own new one that is multi-language, but for the start I’ll focus on both simplified and traditional chinese.

e.g.

Instead of .com

I want it to be
【网#讨论】
【亚洲#讨论】
【美国#谷歌】
【日本#节目网站】

e.g.
【(cctld)#(domain)】

New system. Thanks.

I expect that the browser open, will also show a default website. I’ll be the one creating the default website. The default website will still use .com system etc, but my browser must not show this .com, but the new special address. New search engine.
The new “domain name” system will also be a database etc.

Thanks

localization – How do I make a loop cartoon of a Chinese character from Hanzi Writer for use on Chinese.SE?

Hanzi Writer makes beautiful animations for Chinese characters. They look like this (but are animated):

enter description of image here

These animations would be useful on Chinese.SE for questions about handwriting, but Chinese.SE does not accept javascript. To give a concrete example, for the question Why does my manuscript look so ugly? I would like a lively 尽.

I asked a question on meta.Chinese.SE about this and Don Kirkby gave an example on meta.SE. There is also Hanzi Writer a demo site and its possible to link to specific characters drawn by Hanzi Writer (as above, with 尽).

Question: How can I make a loop cartoon of a Chinese character from Hanzi Writer for use on Chinese.SE?

I think there should be a way to do it, maybe just a workaround.

Update: Using screen recording software, I managed to create an animation:

It's a bit of a hack, however, and loses quality.

nt.number theory – Calculate a cardinality using the Chinese rest theorem

I posted the question here: https://math.stackexchange.com/questions/3656077/compute-a-cardinality-using-chinese-remainder-theorem but unanswered.

I am trying to calculate this cardinality:
$$ N (q) = # {n in mathbb {N} | gcd (n ^ 2 + 1, prod _ { substack {p leqslant q \ text {p prime}}} p) = 1, n ^ 2 + 1 leqslant prod _ { substack {p leqslant q \ text {p prime}}} p }, $$
Using Chinese rest theorem.

First, for $ p $ first and odd $ m in mathbb {Z} / p mathbb {Z} $, the number of solutions of the equation $ m ^ 2 + 1 = 0 pmod p $ East :
$$ left { begin {array} {cl} 0 & text {if} p = 3 pmod 4 \ 2 & text {if} p = 1 pmod 4 end {array} right. $$

Using Chinese rest theorem and fundamental counting principle I get this result:
$$ N (q) = bigg ( prod _ { substack {p leqslant q \ p equiv 3 (4) \ text {p prime}}} p bigg) prod _ { substack {p leqslant q \ p equiv 1 (4) \ text {p prime}}} (p-2) tag {1} $$
Formula $ (1) $ is not correct when I check $ N (q) $ numerically.

The true values are:
$$ N (7) = 5, N (11) = 15, N (13) = 45, N (17) = 161, N (19) = 698, cdots $$

Question: Why my formula $ (1) $ is not correct !? and what is the right formula?

Many thanks for any help.

Numerically, it is very likely that:
$$ N (q) approx dfrac {1} { sqrt { displaystyle prod _ { substack {p leqslant q \ text {p prime}}} p}} , bigg ( prod_ { substack {p leqslant q \ p equiv 3 (4) \ text {p prime}}} p bigg) prod _ { substack {p leqslant q \ p equiv 1 (4 ) text {p prime}}} (p-2) $$

How should the Chinese be punished for COVID-19?

I have two different ideas.

My first idea is that the rest of the world flees from China and all those who live there. If people choose to flee China, I think the borders should ALWAYS be closed to Chinese citizens, and no one should go to China. The purchase of items in China and the shipment of items in China must be stopped.

My second idea is war.

I know the coronavirus comes from bats, but I still don't know how the bats got the coronavirus. Either way, I think there should be consequences for Chinese people who eat sick bats.
