– Schema Markup for Sub-Brand Product Website

I am trying to improve my website’s SEO by getting our results to appear in the Knowledge Graph. The challenge I am having is that the website is for a product sold by a sub-brand of a larger organisation. What would be the best way to categorise this in Schema markup? Currently it is not appearing by using the sub-brand name in “Organization“,”name“.

For example, what would the website markup be for PlayStation being part of the larger organisation of Sony? Are there defined categories for this in Schema?

How to get the list of publication archive URLs without any markup?

You want to target the Facebook page of the User ID of other companies to show my ads. Is this a good practice for ABM markup? Or we should target emails

How the user ID of the Facebook page works if I want to target it to a personalized audience. Does it target all of the people who interacted with the page? Or our ads will only appear on the page (fb userid) that I have targeted.

I want to refresh my json-ld markup because it is out of date.

I have a taxi company and this company offers different taxi services. But when I test it with, I get strange results. All taxi services are marked as local businesses instead of the company's taxi services. I think this is wrong …

Anyone have any idea how to fix this problem the right way?

catalina – Is there a simple way to resize the screenshot in the macOS markup editor?

When you take a screenshot by pressing Order + Offset + 4, a preview appears at the bottom right. If you click on it, a program opens, which I believe to be called markup editor. Now in this program you can do most things. However, I have not found a way to resize the screenshot.

How to find a simple way to resize the screenshot? I am using macOS Catalina. – Schema markup, having an ItemList in a FAQ response

According to schema markup documents
an ItemList can be a thing inserted in an answer to a FAQ question. But I'm a little confused on how to insert an ItemList as an answer to a question like:

            "@type": "Question",
            "name": "test?",
            "acceptedAnswer": {
                "@type": "ItemList",
                "name": "Test ItemList",
                "itemListElement": [
                        "@type": "ListItem",
                        "position": 1,
                        "item": {
                            "@type": "MusicGroup",
                            "name": "Beatles"

Avoid additional markup in Sharepoint Web Parts

I am creating a website for the public using a publishing portal. I use a lot of Web Parts for this.

So everything works fine in terms of functionality, but I see a lot of additional markup generated with a web part that doesn't conform to Pixel Perfect Design practices.

Below the picture.

I don't want to generate additional divs. I just want the markup from "fii-twitter-feeds". How do I get there?

Local SEO – JSON-LD for markup – what to include and where

I am trying to take advantage of using JSON-LD for markup on microdata, as it seems much easier to implement and maintain. Additionally, I've heard that consumers like Google and Bing now prefer its use. However, since JSON-LD markup is not directly part of the source code, it presents a possible problem. That being the case, it's now a lot easier to add whatever you want in your markup, which makes me wonder if this could be considered spam or duplicate content.

For example, take my code example:

JSON-LD marking:

"@context": "",
"@type": "LocalBusiness",
"additionalType": "",
"address": {
    "@type": "PostalAddress",
    "addressLocality": "some city",
    "addressRegion": "XX",
    "streetAddress": "123 any st."
"description": "Detailed description of the Company",
"name": "Company Name",
"openingHours": "Mo-Fri 08:30-17:00",
"geo": {
    "@type": "GeoCoordinates",
    "latitude": "42.000",
    "longitude": "-81.000"
"logo": "",
"image": "",
"url": "",
"telephone": "(xxx) xxx-xxxx",
"faxNumber": "(xxx) xxx-xxxx",
"foundingDate": "1900",
"priceRange": "$$",
"email": "",
"currenciesAccepted": "USD",
"hasMap": "",
"paymentAccepted":"Cash, Credit Card, ACH, Debit",
"sameAs" : ( "",

The above markup example seems to satisfy the Google markup validator for a LocalBusiness, but the page to which it refers can contain only a few elements of this information.

My question is therefore in a few parts:

  1. Would it be better to only include the markup that actually appears in the source code or should I provide all the bits of markup information that consumers like Google and Bing want?

  2. If the answer to question 1 is to include only the markup that appears in the source code. Then what if it is not possible to include certain elements in the source code such as the geo article. Would it be better not to include it at all in the markup?

  3. Is it necessary to include the same markup on each page, or are consumers smart enough to understand that if the LocalBusiness type has been filled in on a different page inside a domain that it applies to the whole domain?

  4. If the answer to question 3 should include only LocalBusiness markup data on a page on an entire site, is there a best practice for the page on which to place it? that is to say. home page, contact us page …. any SEO advantage?

Should I use an exact image of a product in schema markup?

My website provides online services rather than selling actual physical products. Which image should I include in this case?
