How do I know if Google Analytics property will exceed the 10 million access limit? Other than verification on Google Analytics? APIs provided by Google?

I use the free version of GoogleTagManager and GoogleAnalytics to get analytics from my website. The free version of Google Analytics allows up to 10 million visits per month, per property according to TOS.

We can check in the settings section of the GoogleAnalytics account what is the number of visits the last day, the last 7 days and the last month.

But, since this requires manual intervention that someone must log in to verify; Is there any way to find out what my current limit is for the month? So if I'm closer to crossing the limit, we can turn off GTM tracing.

Is it different for GTM?

8 – How to import a million nodes? Very slow import

I have been dealing with this problem for several days. I need to import around 1,600,000 knots (once). Everything is set up correctly, but the speed is horrible.

Both on the shared server and on the local host (WAMP and tries to define the optimal my.ini file). The import is simply horribly slow and after the import of 400,000 knots is even slower.

I understand that the processing in Drupal 8 occurs by element, but how to configure / modify the import to make it faster?

Thanks for the advice!

hash – How did Microsoft find out that 44 million user passwords had been breached?

In December 2019, tons of new sites reported that Microsoft had conducted security research that found that more than 44 million user passwords had been breached. News sites said that Microsoft used third-party resources and public databases to find out, and forced all of these users to change their passwords (which is fine!), But I still don't get it. not.

If the password is hashed correctly, how did they manage to find it in these databases? I'm not a security expert or anything, but the only possibility I could think of was to hash the passwords on these public databases and compare them with users' hashed passwords, but it seems nonsense given the salt (they should chop every password disclosed to each account, right?). Does anyone understand how they did this?

How best to perform 4 million jpeg 301 URL redirects?

I certainly don't want to list 4 million redirects in my nginx configuration files … what's the best practice with a lot of redirects like this? They would be permanent as well as the old live links in many historical customer emails, so I can't rely on Google et al to update their indexes over time.

I guess I need a 404 configuration that checks the requested JPG against a database of old URLs with their corresponding new URL?

postgresql – Postgres: update of a single boolean column on 12 million rows

I have a table with 12 million rows. There are 16 columns on the table, including a Boolean.

After a certain business process, a large part of these lines will have this boolean set to false (80%). I want to update all of these values to true.

The request would be quite simple:
UPDATE table SET my_boolean=TRUE

This request however takes a very long time on my development server (quad core, SSD, 8 GB of RAM). The last time it took more than 35 minutes.

I already deleted all indexes before running the query because I read that this could be a major retarder.

I have already analyzed and vacuumed the table, does not seem to be improving.

I am fairly new to Postgres and do not know why this simple request takes so long. Any pointer would be greatly appreciated.
