Multiplecloud – STAY AWAY
I had a very bad experience with Multiplecloud. I used them for over 2 years and at the end, they ruined everything. I had many websites there and one day I discovered that half of my sites were offline for 2 or 3 weeks. I was shocked and wrote to the support team to find out what was going on. They replied that they had just updated the php version of the servers. And that happened without any notification. It's absolutely unprofessional. Then I told them that I wanted to go back to the php version of some of my websites, which I did with a lot of other sites that I own at other providers. Web hosting (more than 20). No other company has had problems with my wish to go back to the php version. But what Multiplecloud has answered, can you guess? They said that it is not possible and that I should change the WordPress themes of my websites and rebuild them. WTF ??? They did not joke. It was the end. I wrote to them that I wanted to get my money for the month that had just started and that I had already paid, despite the fact that I deserved compensation, even for the previous one, because my sites were offline since 2 or Three weeks. They stopped answering my questions, I tried to write them 3-4 times but without success. Now they are hiding from me and it does not matter. I gave them so much money over the years and at the end, I had such behavior … I will never work with them again. Better to stay away!
I've had similar problems with them before a few months and I do not use them anymore. Absolute crooks!
