pygame – TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for /: ‘tuple’ and ‘int’ Error

I wanna make a sprite appear on my cursor. However, I get this error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:UsersLenovoDesktopTap Simulatormain.py", line 60, in <module>
    screen.blit(hitmarker, (pygame.mouse.get_pos() - hitmarker.get_size() / 2))
TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for /: 'tuple' and 'int'

screen.blit(hitmarker, (pygame.mouse.get_pos())) makes it appear right bottom of your cursor, so don’t try it.

What causes “Removing unsupported user-only MDM profile”

I have a macOS 11.1 device enrolled in an MDM using Automated Device Enrollment. Besides the MDM’s enrollment profile, 3 other configuration profiles are sent to the machine: One is used to connect to the WiFi network, one binds to an Active Directory domain and the last allows fast user switching. All profiles have PayloadScope set as System.

Occasionally when logging in as an Active Directory user all profiles apart from the MDM enrollment profile are removed from the machine. This prevents the machine connecting to the WiFi network and requires local access to fix.

I have tested with multiple MDMs and have had the exact same issue. I have confirmed the MDM does not send any commands to remove the profiles. The profiles have PayloadRemovalDisallowed set as true, so it shouldn’t be possible to remove them – even as root. I have also had the configuration profiles looked over by multiple people who weren’t able to find any problems.

The logs from mdmclient show Removing unsupported user-only MDM profile when the profiles are deleted, followed by Removing obsolete profile installed by MDM for every profile installed by the MDM:

Removing unsupported user-only MDM profile: MDM Enrolment Profile
[ERROR] Attempt to remove non-removable profile: MDM Enrolment Profile
[ERROR] Removing unsupported user-only MDM profile failed: Error Domain=CPFAccess Code=101 "Profile is not removable."
Removing obsolete profile installed by MDM: WiFi
Removed configuration profile: WiFi
Removing obsolete profile installed by MDM: Domain
Removed configuration profile: Domain
Removing obsolete profile installed by MDM: FastUserSwitching
Removed configuration profile: FastUserSwitching

I haven’t been able to determine what causes the profiles to be removed. It appears to occasionally happen when logged in as an Active Directory user.

I’ve decompiled the Catalina version of mdmclient and can’t find any reference to some of the errors which are logged, so it’s possible the issue is specific to Big Sur.

I haven’t found any documentation on what causes these errors and Apple is unwilling to help as I don’t have AppleCare OS Support.

windows 10 – Can I enable HDR on an unsupported display by force?

I’m currently using the latest available Windows 10 version (x64).
I have a Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti Windforce 2GB planted in my rig.

So basically what I am attempting to find on the internet, Can I enable HDR on an unsupported display?

I tried searching a lot and I couldn’t find any answer to the question.

So that’s why I’m asking it at this forum, is it possible?
Is it a simple key to change in the registry of Windows?

Or do I have to trick Windows into thinking my display is HDR capable by changing the EDID of my display?

If I have to edit the EDID of my monitor, or some registry keys, how would I do this?

ssh – Why do only some applications generate “MobaXterm X11 proxy: Unsupported authorisation protocol” error?

This question is related to How to fix “MobaXterm X11 proxy: Unsupported authorisation protocol”, but the answer there did not work for me.

I use MobaXterm to ssh from a Windows PC to a Linux PC, and I know that MobaXterm has a X11 server which allows GUI applications spawned in the Linux environment to appear in the Windows environment (sorry if my terminology is clunky).

I want to run baobab because I want to analyze disk space hogs. I guess I need to run sudo baobab because otherwise baobab reports permission errors and isn’t useful.

Problem/question: if I run baobab the gui appears, but if I run sudo baobab, I get this error:

$ sudo baobab
(sudo) password for user:
MobaXterm X11 proxy: Unsupported authorisation protocol
Unable to init server: Could not connect: Connection refused

(baobab:219372): Gtk-WARNING **: 13:54:54.003: cannot open display: localhost:10.0

I get the same result with firefox vs sudo firefox.

What is the problem, and how do I work around it?

I’ve already tried the xauth add suggestion at the linked post. Display port 10 was already listed to begin with, but I added a new entry anyway, and it didn’t make any difference:

Installation – Unsupported Drivers, Uninstall or Disable?

I have two graphics tablets. I used the small one (wacom) until I bought the big one (Huion). The problem is that the two drivers installed on the computer cause a malfunction of both or I have a tablet installed or the other. I should use both for travel issues. Currently, I cannot use Wacom to not install and uninstall the system drivers. I wonder if disabling the drivers, without uninstalling them, could alternate the use of the two tablets. I haven't tried it because I have no idea and I don't want to interfere with the operation of the huion that I installed.

Anyone know that?
