terminal – macOS – Route Table/Removing %utun0-1 loopback link

I installed some VPN software in the past and decided to inspect my routing table to see if there was anything leftover. Upon inspection, running netstat -rn | grep utun returns the following:

fe80::XXXX:XXX:XXXX:XXXX%utun0   link#15          UHLI           lo0
fe80::XXXX:XXXX:XXX:XXXX%utun1   link#16          UHLI           lo0

I’ve read posts on how to remove utun0 using sudo route delete -inet6 -ifscope utun0 -net, but customizing that for lo0 doesn’t work with these table entries.

How would you remove the leftovers above?

PS: I asked this is Stackoverflow and not sure if appropriate community – please excuse the duplicate post.
