to save variables after redirection – WordPress Development Stack Exchange

Is there a way to save a variable after redirecting to another page?
For example … I want to save the submitted password from my form in the $ temp_passkey variable and access it on the next page I redirected.

I've tried passing the argument through the URL, but I do not want the data to be visible in the URL. I therefore need another method or a way to hide the add_query_arg data from the URL after the redirection.

function process_my_form () {

if (! empty ($ _ POST['password'])) {
$ temp_passkey = ($ _POST['password'])
}

wp_safe_redirect (esc_url_raw (add_query_arg ("bid_passkey", $ passkey ", $ temp_passkey," secure window ")));
exit;
}
add_action (& # 39; admin_post_process_mon_form & # 39 ;, & gt; process_my_form & # 39;);
add_action (& # 39; admin_post_nopriv_process_my_form & # 39 ;, & gt; process_my_form & dquo;);
