Use Google Analytics to track AdWords user requests based on the URL of the contact request.

My clients' site can not be modified to track the goals, the platform they use does not allow it and the developer has no interest in coding anything to help.

I arrive on the site late in the game, but AdWords and Google Analytics have been linked for some time. I just need to get a report on AdWords campaigns generating leads. I can determine who does it by looking at the URLs, if they contain ? information the user has sent a contact request.

How can I create a report that will show me where this set of users comes from? Which AdWords campaign, or direct / organic search, etc.
