What is the reliability of the shared hosting bandwidth of namecheap?

I have hosted a NodeJS React application in my namecheap shared hosting account.
My Apache Benchmark giving this exit while I'm trying to stress my site:

ab -n 100 -c 5 -C "somecookie = rawr" http://example.com/

This is ApacheBench, version 2.3 <$Revision: 1807734 $>

When should I worry about shared hosting regarding the bandwidth traffic limit?
