I'm trying to present a Google Slides document in full screen on my MacBook Pro while sharing the screen of my laptop during a remote meeting (sometimes with Google Meet, sometimes with Webex because the my client's network limits the use of Google products). I would also like to see the next slide on my iPhone so I can anticipate what will happen during my presentation.
I've been looking for solutions, but I think I may not be looking for the right terms. Here is what I found:
- Google's documentation> Airplay seemed to be the most relevant option (introducing my phone to the MacBook Pro), but I had to configure my MacBook Pro as an AirPlay screen. I've tried Reflector for Mac for this – can not find the AirPlay screen from my iPhone, maybe because of my company's network firewall
- Present from my MacBook Pro, use Duet Display to display the presenter notes window on my iPhone. The next screen image is too small to be deciphered on the iPhone because most of the window is dedicated to presenter notes with small thumbnails for the current and next slide. I tried to zoom in on this window, but part of the next image was cut off.
- Remote for Slides Chrome Extension does not display the image of the next slide at all – it only has buttons to go to the previous or next slide.
